Do we have a Slander Case In Ohio?

My stepdaughers mother has said many slanderous things and many things that have defamed my character and my job as a nurses aide. She has called me a "slut" "F-ing " "little girl' "toy" and has reffered to my employment as "wiping ***". If not is there anything else that I can do? (restraining order)?
