Should Reggie Bush retain his Heisman even though USC has been sanctioned?

I personally believe he should because the violations that were brought against him had nothing to do with his talent on the field. He won the heisman fair and square and so did USC in the national championship. If he accepted money I don't see how that is cheating as it did nothing to boost his or his teams physical or mental attributes on the field. I am also not saying he shouldn't be punished, but to possibly strip him of something he earned outright is ridiculous. What do you all believe?
