To young for a fade cream?
Im 14 years old , I have HORRIBLE dark circles, im not over-reacting , trust me, I have HORRID dark circles, I've never seen anyone with what I have. It's not hereditary. So I was wondering if I could use it on my dark circles at 14 years old ? Is it safe? Will it work ? Please answer my questions ! (:
