Is their anyway to regrow receding hairline as i am only 17 years old?

I wanna ask u people that is their anyway to regrow receding hairlines as i am only 17 years old and my hairlines are receded because of using harsh chemical on my hair and also because of brushing my hair very aggressively....i had hair fall problem earlier but not my hair fall is completly stopped because of having proper diet now.. but i am very worried about my receding hairlines.. as it is very noticeable.. please suggest me any way so that i can get back my lost hair as it is not hereditary..
