Wife is demanding shop and flat , threatens to take action if i donot agree to her terms?

my wife wants to separate from me but in turn she is asking me the shop i run and my flat and if i do not give her what she wants then she will take legal action against me , by putting a false allegation on me, like i hit her/i'am voilent etc, and she will make an FIR under IPC 498. please help if any body in india has got some way out , to save my self and property from this woman . she if 4 yrs elder to me ,wealso have a 6 yeras old daughter , and right now i have left my house and business and i'am living with my brother in a different town , because if i return home then the next step my wife will be taking is that she will be calling the police and will get me booked under the law. when i was with her she used to quarell and use abusive language against me and my family every day , on every small things she quarells. I being an Indian citizen I find myself so helpless and paralised that our country's law and order has not provided any security for husbands against such cruel wife
