Would he have to drop out of college?

I co-signed my son's college loan for the first 2 years. This was fine because my credit was good. My son just signed up for more financial aid and was denied because my credit is bad and I am struggling financially. I would feel horrible if my son wouldn't be able to finish his last 2 years of college. Is it possible for him to get financial aid without a co-signer?
