Teens: Is this more anxiety mixed with depression, social anxiety, ocd or what? *short*?
i get really bad anxiety too, on top of ocd. :/ you dont have ocd, but it does seem you have aniety. its not depression, thankfully. but it could eventually turn into depression if you dont learn how to handle your worries. work on some techniques that can help eliminate your stress. when u start getting all worked up over simple things, maybe vent to someone you trust. you can also wright about it in a diary so one day you can look back on it and realize how ridiculous you were being. because the worries you have arent big deals at all, (although it seems like it at the moment.) when the days you are dreading approach, you will realize its not half as bad as you expected. everything always works out and comes out as a pleasant suprise. try not to sweat the small stuff because its not worth ur energy. focus on positive things and do fun activities with friends to get ur mind off it. there are lots of ways to manage anxiety. you should try it :)
