What kind of proof do I need to file a harrasment charge?

I know my supervisor is harring me at work. I have already informed someone in the human resourse dep. But since then she does it more often. Can someone please give me some examples of harrment or direct me were to find this information in CA. Also is it a crime to not be treated equailly at work?
