Has anyone tried palmers cocoa er lotion i hear its good for everything not just stretch marks?

i have kind of senstive skin and i was wondering if this is as good as i hear also can it be used on my face i tend to break out at times but on meds for it and so far so good but as i get older my skin has got alot drier thanks for any help
