Im 17, i know what your going through.. the answer is 100% your diet.. The sickness may come from the lack of minerals so ensure that your having MINIMUM 5 fruits and veg a day.. and last but not least the most importantly PROTEIN.. have a bit of protein with every single one of your meals.. when weight training.. eating is crucial, as your burning alot of energy and using it up.. i changed my diet from what it used to be and now im very energetic before my training.. hope this helps
