What is the basis for this statement by Jesus?

Jesus was perfect , sinless and pure .Jesus still had to go to heaven and offer his blood as payment for the sins of those who chose to believe in him . Mary just like all of us was a sinner , and she could not touch him for their was sin in her and couldn't make him unpure
